Plot Summary:

Ranga (played by Sunil) is a small-time real estate agent who dreams of making it big in life. He takes a risky deal to buy 30 acres of land in a village, not knowing that it is disputed property caught between two powerful faction leaders, Konda Reddy (Dev Gill) and Lala Goud (Pradeep Rawat).

As he tries to sell the land for a profit, Ranga gets caught in a dangerous web of faction feuds. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Anitha (Isha Chawla), who happens to be the daughter of one of the faction leaders.

The story takes a hilarious yet thrilling turn as Ranga, a physically weak and innocent man, transforms himself into a powerful fighter to survive and win his love.
